the perspective has changed. while normal has already written to his future wife in “please think aloud.” (on “what keeps me up…”) he is now writing to her again with a fresh perspective on love. after his horrible experience with love in “what hurts me...” he is now trying to fill himself with hope as he yearns to find love.
